Not In Our House DC (NIOHDC) would like to support members of the DC/MD/VA theatre community through a restorative justice model aimed at centering victims and survivors of abuse (i.e. sexual harassment, racism, transphobia, etc.) by other members of the theatre community. If you are in need of support from NIOHDC, please fill out this Google questionnaire. A member of NIOHDC will follow up with you in 48 - 72 hours to discuss the next steps and provide you with resources; NIOHDC will then create an action plan that centers your needs.

In the event that you are reporting abuse from a member of NIOHDC, the details of the report, including your name, contact information, and description of the abuse experienced, will be withheld from that member. The member will be asked to refrain from NIOHDC activities until the restorative justice process is complete, or in some cases, leave the group indefinitely.
